THE CONSISTENCY of this formula varies between a REGULAR GEL or CREAMY GEL, due to how it is mixed. Both versions are the same EXACT ingredients. One may have been mixed longer than the other.
DIRECTIONS: Apply to your hands. Rub in thoroughly.
